Inside Account Manager
RL Hudson is an engineering-driven supplier of custom-molded rubber, plastic, and polyurethane parts, as well as rotary shaft seals, formed rubber hoses, O-rings and back-up rings, engineering and high performance plastics, hydraulic seals and die-cut products.
Responsibilities:
The person selected for this position will:
- Handle customer correspondence and communication
- Review forecast and usage history
- Perform order entry
- Support the sales organization by providing reports
- Generate support documentation and information for customers
This position will work closely with Buyer/Planners and the Logistics coordinator to help manage inventory and insure timely deliveries to the customer.
Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with international and domestic shipping procedures
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience working in customer service is required
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Helping customers and problem solving should come naturally and be something you enjoy.
Compensation:
Salary range $35,000 - $45,000 depending on experience
