Radial Lip Shaft Seals
Also known as oil seals, shaft seals are used with rotating, reciprocating and oscillating shafts to contain fluids and exclude contaminants. RL Hudson offers a wide range of standard shaft seals, and designs and develops custom seals for specialized applications. O-Rings and Back Up Rings
We specialize in high performance O-ring materials such as Fluorocarbon (FKM) for high temperature and chemical resistance, Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) for high temperature, abrasion and compression set resistance, and Polyurethane for abrasion and extrusion resistance. Back-up rings to prevent extrusion under extreme pressure and operating conditions are available in high modulus rubber, Polyurethane, Hytrel® and engineering plastics such as PTFE, PPS and PEEK. Hydraulic Seals
We offer a complete line of hydraulic seals, including piston seals, rod seals, rod wipers,wear rings and buffer seals.
Lathe-Cut Seals
Lathe-cut seals are economical square or rectangular cross-section seals used in a variety of applications, including static seals and drive belts. Lathe-cut seals are available in diameters ranging from 0.25 in. (6 mm) to 7 in. (178 mm).
Gaskets
We offer a full range of die-cut, molded and composite gaskets utilizing a wide variety of materials, including flexible graphite, PTFE, non-asbestos sheeting, cork, fiber, and metal, with or without pressure sensitive adhesive.
