Plastics Process Technician – 2nd shift

Responsible for injection molding operation and improvements, duties and activities that meet the highest standards in process optimization, control and product quality.  This is a high visibility position that reflects on the entire Company.
This position requires leadership skills in managing the technical aspects of production.   Position requires a self-motivated change agent with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. Must be able to bring projects to a successful conclusion.

The organizational impact involves problem solving and decision making in a production atmosphere which affect the quality and delivery of RL Hudson products.
