Quality Assurance Manager
Provides end‑to‑end coordination and oversight of PPAP and production approval documentation, supporting successful product launches and ongoing customer compliance. Serves as a central point of contact between customers, Project Managers, suppliers, manufacturing teams, and the RLH Asia Quality Team to ensure requirements are clearly communicated, documented, and executed in alignment with company and regulatory expectations. This position also supports the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and provides back-up support for inspection and release activities of product when required.
